Justin did an excellent job helping my wife and I find and secure our Boston Area Condo. He was extremely well organized, knowledgeable and approached our search in a very efficient way. Justin was able to screen out properties which on the surface met our criteria, however, for one reason or another were not what we were looking for. During our search, Justin was able to focus on what was really important to us and as such saved us a great deal of time. When we went out for showings, he was well prepared with a write-up on each property. Beyond the standard general information, he would list pros and cons, along with his assessment relative to a realistic price for the property (i.e.: what amount the seller was likely to entertain, how long the property had been on the market, and any other information he was able to gather prior to the showing). It was obvious to us that he had done a lot of research on each property that he showed us. Once we found a property that we wanted to purchase. Justin was insturmental in the negotiations. He not only provided sound guidance on the price negotiation, but he was very effective in dealing with the sellers and the seller's agent. I highly recommend contacting Justin if you are looking for real estate in the Boston area. -Ed C. Charlestown, MA
